工厂建议是12万公里更换变速箱油和滤清器。我的建议是不要以公里数为唯一标准，因为变速箱内脏污的情况可能并不完全跟公里数成正比，而是受到环境污染和驾驶方式的影响，有时候需要提前更换。当你感觉到，变速箱换挡的时候有明显的“顿挫感”，和新车几万公里内的感觉有明显不同时，就是更换变速箱油和滤网的时机了。当然如果你节省，晚一点更换也没事，一样的开，只是早换能延长变速箱寿命，增强驾驶舒适感。

索赔变矩器油封、半轴油封，更换变速箱滤清器，多图申精！
12款2.4豪华，1万公里不到就发现变速箱渗油，今年4月底即将出保，目前3万2不到点，一直纠结要不要大卸八块换油封，最终担心故障发展不可预期，咬咬牙，出保前索赔，于是周五下午送修，周六傍晚完成，用时一天半，费用除了自费换的变速箱油滤清器的材料费外，免费。结算单上记载共计￥5900＋，如果保外，就全得自费了。
虽然心疼，但感觉也值得了，最主要是能彻底换油，同时更换了号称终身免换的内置式变速箱油滤清器，这一项，比做多少次循环换油都管用啊！
当然，以上这些全拜SGM所赐，在此，严重问候SGM！

修后使用：
发现方向盘不正（不是方向跑偏），直线行驶时，方向盘向左偏1度左右，4S回复，因为拆过元宝梁，很难保证方向横杆完全和未拆前一致！调整了一下前束，左右前轮对调，但效果不明显，不敢让4S再弄了，有空自己调吧，实在不行找有经验的轮胎店做一下四轮定位吧。

元宝梁，也称副车架，连同方向机拆下了，12款的是电子助力，所以方向机上看不见油管。那根两边弯的U形黑圆杠应该是是防侧倾杆吧，后轮处同样有一根这样的东西。

分解变速箱和发动机必须要将启动电机拆下，才能看到发动机飞轮，然后将飞轮上与变矩器的螺丝拧下。
我的车是提的，出厂日期是，这个启动电机居然是4.10产的！哦买噶！这么快！

下面就是抬下来的变速箱了，直接映入眼帘的是最关键的变矩器！变矩器是和发动机的输出轴直接相连的，将发动机的动力经变速箱油传递给变速箱。
可以看到底部有明显的积油，其实就是从变速箱里渗出来的。

左下部分内部其实才是6速的减速齿轮组。那根轴插进变矩器内跟变矩器的输出相连。

专门拍了P档的工作原理，注意右上角的那个小锤子，P档时，是卡入下面的齿中的，而离开P挡时，才与齿轮分开的，所以，P挡是通过变速箱来制止车轮运动的，只靠P挡停车，其实是不对的，起码对变速箱是有损害的。
※ 我停车一般是踩住脚刹、放空挡、拉手刹、放脚刹、回P挡，以避免车辆不稳，溜车造成对变速箱（主要就是这个锤子和齿轮）的冲击。曾在网上看到有人因为直接上P挡停在斜坡上，P挡被挤死摘不出来的。

不知是心理作用还是真的改善，回家一路又感受到了丝样顺滑！
总体认为，这次更换油封的同时给变速箱也彻底洗了个澡，所以，有渗油的同学，只要不是太严重，完全可以等到出保前再索赔，这样变速箱经过两年左右的磨合，已至最佳工况，这时换油并更换变速箱油滤清器最合适不过了，最主要的是这样的换油比循环机换油还要彻底、有效！抛开再次渗漏、组装问题不说，肯定对延长变速箱的寿命大有帮助！
