General Instructions:
From anywhere in the program press the home key and it returns to the home screen
Press the ESC key to escape back to the previous screen
Within specific screens the cumpass-like cluster of Arrow point keys let you navigate around the
screen and make selections then press the center Select button to activate. The keys let you scroll
up and down list and move left and right thru rows of icons. Since items in the laser are upside down
you will need to work opposite here.
Words in Bold designate keys in the keypad to push at that time.
To start to use the laser turn key 1/4 turn to the right to power on laser on.
At this time the keypad will not react.
Press the Select key and then enter in the password 1143 and then press Select key again. The
laser will now be on the home screen and will be ready to work with.
Now you must program the PS number for the boards you are making.
To change the PS serial number you must press F2 File Cabinet Icon and then F2 Folder Icon
again. Then scroll to select the graphic number and push Select.
Then Select one more time for edit mode. Now you will see the graphic with the serial number information
that will burn on the board. Remember that the graphic is upside down on the screen as you
scroll through it. Find the PS number or what you want to edit and then hit backspace and then type
in the proper info.
Press Select when you are done.
Press F4 Printer Icon red position light will go on to prepare to test and F4 Printer Icon again to test
Then press the save F3 Disc Icon and the F1 Disc Icon again.
This file is now saved with the changes.
If you need to change the seria
You will now need to run the file.
Then press the run key F1 then use the arrows around the select key to scroll up and down to the
number that you want to use. Then press select to accept. The F1 OK Icon. You will then see the
image upside down on the screen.
Then press the run key to run the file as it is programmed.
