在十八线小县城和朋友合伙开DIY蛋糕店开了一年了，没怎么赚钱，当初就是为了让自己有份时间弹性大的工作，又能带带小孩。后来发现实在太闲了，自己还年轻应该拼搏一点，刚好老公辞职了，就把店盘下来来个夫妻店。DIY蛋糕时间性强，一般都是周末节假日比较忙，其他时候都没有什么生意，所以准备传统蛋糕店和DIY结合，把预订蛋糕和面包做起来。店面在小区楼下，门口是主干道，附近新开了个两三千人的小学和幼儿园，小区入住率在慢慢上升。我们想把小区住户外卖到家也做起来，不知道可以增加哪些附加产品，或者有什么好的营销方法和经验？求大神指导。补充，我的店有三层，一共加起来大概120多平吧，我准备一楼做面包售卖和生产，阁楼休闲可以喝喝饮料吃点面包甜点，二楼用来弄之前的DIY。
