Barrett（中文“荷柏瑞”或“和百瑞”，简称HB），英国最大、最受欢迎的保健品品牌，拥有近百年历史，在英国可谓无人不知无人不晓。近百年来，HB致力于为所有消费者提供高质量、纯天然的健康食品、营养保健品和天然护肤产品。其连锁店分布于英国几乎所有的城市和小镇，是英国甚至欧洲最受欢迎的保健品品牌之一，当然也是英国华人或留学生带回国的必选礼物。最近这几年英国荷柏瑞保健品也开始注重中国市场的开拓，纷纷在上海、北京等大城市开设了专卖店，但是国内销售的价格跟英国的比起来真的是赤裸裸的不公平呀。
之前纠结了很久，要不要把英国的HB主流保健品整理翻译一下。因为之前自己也从未主动去了解过，每次有同学问起就会头昏脑胀，四处查询、翻译，甚至懒的时候更是直接发个网站过去，对于纯英文的网站，对方直冒冷汗，也被老公多次批评做事不负责。由于HB家的保健品种类繁多，包装上基本没有具体的产品功效介绍，有的也是非常专业的医学术语，给留英华人或留学生的购买造成很大的困难。于是我花了几天时间去查资料、做图片，整理出以下HB的畅销产品，希望对大家有所帮助。
以下保健品排名不分先后：
1.Cod Liver Oil Capsules（）：保护视力，缓解眼睛干涩及眼睛疲劳，预防白内障、青光眼及夜盲症，并维持皮肤上皮组织健康；预防或改善高血压、冠心病等与脂肪相关的疾病，维护心脑血管健康，活跃思维，增强记忆力。
父母一直在吃这个，随着他们年龄的增大，视力开始变得模糊，坚持服用了一年后，视力有所好转，明目效果很好，我就把它排在NO1。后来每次寄回家的，都被街坊邻居一抢而空。
按含量不同分好多种，价格也有根据含量的不同相差甚远。
B鳕鱼肝油适用人群
体质差、经常感冒、支气管炎者：小孩及老年人多有此问题，实际上是机体免疫力低下所致，鳕鱼肝油的有效成份能提高血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM的浓度，增强呼吸道的清除、吞噬防御功能，从而增强机体及呼吸系统的抗病力，故经常感冒、支气管炎的小孩、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿咳喘的老人，坚持服食鳕鱼肝油1－2个月，必有收获。
过敏性鼻炎：鳕鱼肝油能明显提高鼻粘膜的抵抗力，增强鼻炎患者体质，故能减少鼻炎的发作及减轻鼻炎症状（与葡敏宁配合效果更佳）。
