So many people have made nasty comments or jokes on here - but let's hope THEY never have to live with such an abnormality. And he is certainly fearful of surgery...as the doctors tell you in cases like this that it could be deadly, so many things can go wrong, you can even make the situation worse - so please don't judge this man for his decisions.

我小时候有见过因为穿开裆裤经常坐泥地上玩（不知道病因是不是这个，反正我爸这样给我说，好教育我不要坐地上。。）而得疝气的小孩。。不过这么大的。。。恩。。。没见过。
看的我蛋疼啊。

好可怕的病，在这种敏感部位进行手术肯定会犹豫不决，可怜的人。

应该是属于热带病的，，丝虫病吧，，，，这种疾病是丝虫入侵了淋巴管，并且堵塞管道，，他的生育能力已经丧失，就算做手术以后，他重获生殖能力的几率也很小，，，
他只有蛋变大，是因为丝虫正好入侵了他那里，，，，我认为他应该是不怎么洗澡，然后下体瘙痒，就用力挠，最后把下体抓破。结果正巧生活的环境里，有丝虫，，，导致入侵。。。。总的来说，保持个人卫生，很重要。
这种疾病被称为热带病，因为在非洲很是流行，，，，当然只需要每年花20亿美元，就可以基本上根治热带病。。但是这些钱绝对不会有回报，所以慈善家门，绝对不会去思考这个问题。
所以目前为止，非洲依旧热带病猖獗。。
确切来说，应该是阴囊象皮肿。看来你对这个病的病理很熟悉，不过怎么不知道名字？&
不会是里面有肿瘤之类的吧
