　　感觉自己在慢慢的喜欢重芝士蛋糕，刚开始确实不太喜欢这样的口感，湿润厚重感觉很像吃什么“糕”一样，反倒是更喜欢轻盈的轻芝士蛋糕。因我一个在南宁的闺蜜很喜欢芝士蛋糕，知道我有烘焙的兴趣，于是要尝尝我的手艺。在家实践了几次，苦于家人和身边朋友都不喜欢只能独自消灭了，慢慢的，居然喜欢上了这个浓郁的芝士味道了。
　　用料：6寸蛋糕一个
　　奶酪糊：奶油奶酪250g、淡奶油175g、鸡蛋1个、白糖75g、香草精1ml、玉米淀粉8g、原味酸奶40g、
　　消化饼底：消化饼干100g、黄油40g、
　　大理石纹：巧克力10g、淡奶油10g
　　烘焙：170度上下火，下层，50分钟左右
　　消化饼底制作：
　　1.消化饼干放入保鲜袋里，袋口扎紧，用擀面棍压碎；
　　2.将饼干碎与融化的黄油混合均匀
　　3.倒入铺有油纸的模具内压实即可；
　　奶酪糊制作：
　　1.奶酪放室温软化打软，加入白糖搅打均匀；
　　2.鸡蛋液打散，分三次加入奶酪糊中每加入一次都要充分的混合均匀细腻的糊状；
　　3.依次加入香草精、原味酸奶搅打均匀；
　　4.筛入玉米淀粉搅打均匀；
　　5.倒入淡奶油搅打均匀即成奶酪面糊；
　　大理石纹制作：
　　1.将巧克力和淡奶油放入小碗中，个热水融化，装入挤花袋即可。
　　大理石芝士蛋糕烘烤：
　　1.奶酪糊倒入铺好消化饼干屑的模具内，上面挤上巧克力酱，再用竹签随意的画圈圈，即可形成大理石纹；
　　2.将模具送入烤箱最下层，隔热水烘烤约1个小时。
　　3.蛋糕冷却后再脱模，切的时候道具蘸点热水擦干再切。
　　煮妇心得：
　　奶油奶酪如果没有室温软化，可以隔着热水融化搅打，很容易就可以搅拌顺滑了。
　　芝士蛋糕一定要等冷却后再脱模，底部的饼干底才不会碎，消化饼干一定要压碎压紧实，最后才不易松散。
　　芝士蛋糕刚出炉时很柔嫩，不能急于脱模，需放冰箱冷藏4个小时以后定型了再脱模，用小刀在边缘划一圈就可以了，切的时候，每切一刀都要将刀蘸点热水，擦干后再切，每切一刀都要重复此步骤，切出来的蛋糕就会平整美观啦。
　　如果没有活底模，用固底蛋糕模来做，除非是不沾模，普通的最好在里面垫上一层油纸，这样方便脱模。
　　这次做表面的大理石偶纹偷懒了，
