关于06款桑塔纳 曲轴位置传感器的问题
&请教下高手，06款桑塔纳的 曲轴位置传感器 要不要对位置，这个车大修后 发动不着 感觉就想点火时间不对一样，可是仔细查看了 点火时间发现没问题 发动机按装也没问题，只是在装曲轴位置传感器的时候没有安装记号对好，是不是曲轴位置传感器没对好& 会出现发动不着的情况，如果要对好这个记号 是不是要把发动机放在一缸位置然后 对好那个不像记号的记号（感应齿圈上的那个平面)& 请高手详细解答谢谢

车子是出租车，已经行驶了60多万公里了，最近发现特别的厉害，刚加的行驶5天左右基本上已经碰不到针底了，按每天300公里计算，也就1500公里左右就没有机油了，这个非常严重了！所以过完初九重阳节后直接把车子拉到四眼仔这里进行！四眼仔在我们出租车行里是比较有名的老师傅了，修了十几年的车子了，而且是专修出租车，一般车子的问题都交给他解决，重要的是这个师傅非常实在，该换的换，不该换的你想换他也不给你换！呵呵。。。
14日一大早就把车子开到四眼仔的店铺，谁知道奶奶的那家伙和几个老伙计前一个晚上喝了酒以后又赌钱到凌晨4点才睡觉，我9点多到店里他们也才刚刚起床，真是服了他了！！！！简单吃完早餐就开始拆，一开始就是打开，先检查一下气门的磨损情况，刚开始没有想到要拍照，拆完了气门才记得，呵呵，那就从这里开始吧！
捏，这里就是拆完后的气门室，四眼仔的徒弟说还算干净，但是气门已经磨损非常严重了，很松了！

继续拆，把上面的缸盖拆下来后就看到了下面的活塞和缸壁，摸了摸内壁，就1缸有明显的磨损波浪纹感，其他三个缸也还是正常磨损，内壁也比较光滑，没有划伤的痕迹！！

四眼仔的两个徒弟说实话做工真不错，很细心，很有耐心，年纪不大但是技术都非常的娴熟！他们两个七上八下的把发动机旁边的传感器、水管等都一一拆下，使发动机处于“单身”状态，然后就可以开始把发动机抬出来了！

继续做工，后面的就是装机了，这个以后来了个兄弟，光顾着和兄弟聊天了，没有拍照，遗憾啊！因为中间玩牌的时候耽误了一些时间，后面装机的时候也陆续来了一些同行的车子来修，师傅工仔也不时去帮人家处理一下，所以装机过程比较慢，一直搞到了晚上的9点多才完事！
试车一切OK，发动机着车后怠速稳定，加油灵敏，不错，一切完成！随后四眼仔提议出去吃宵夜，当然没有问题，哈哈，又去烧烤摊吃喝去了！
在这里放出配件的图片，除了气门油封和气门导管是和4S店拿的货之外，其他都是四眼仔提供的！他说其他兄弟都在用，也还不错，相信他，所以没有什么别的疑虑，他说好就好！不必迷信4S的东西！

大众桑塔纳志俊启动后自动熄火
&&& 一辆行驶里程约5.5万km、搭载1.8L BKT发动机和5挡手动变速器的2009年上海大众桑塔纳志俊轿车。车主反映：该车一个多月前做过常规保养后出现每天早上启动多次才能启动，而且启动后还会自动熄火的故障现象。再次启动时，发动机能顺利启动，但怠速抖动，轻踩加速踏板，发动机又会自动熄火。如果发动机启动并持续运转几分钟之后，再踩加速踏板，发动机就不会熄火，同时仪表板上的故障指示灯点亮。
故障诊断:接车后，我们启动发动机，在启动过程中感觉发动机既不点火又不喷油。我们怀疑有问题，连接故障诊断仪KT300读取发动机在启动时的转速，转速为196r/min，说明该车没有问题。再读取该车发动机控制单元故障码，有7个故障码，清除故障码后再次读取，仍然是7个故障码，分别是P0203、P0202、P0201、P0444、P0204、P0030、P0036，如图1所示。
&&& 相关资料：
&&& 根据故障码的含义，我们先检查喷油器的熔丝和继电器，如图2所示，检查发现，喷油器熔丝和继电器均正常。拔下喷油器插头，点火开关置于&ON&位置，用万用表测量各个插头上电源的电压，电压均为12V。关闭点火开关，再用万用表电阻档测量各个喷油器插头控制线与搭铁之间的电阻。
&&& 测量方法如下：先用万用表红表笔接喷油器插头控制端子，黑表笔接机体搭铁，电阻为无穷大，再用万用表黑表笔接喷油器插头控制端子，红表笔搭铁接地，电阻为8.17 M&O，如图3所示。
&&& 通过测量可以判断喷油器控制线路及控制喷油器工作的发动机控制单元内部没有故障。拔下第一缸的高压分缸线，在分缸高压线上套一个新火花塞，火花塞旁电极搭铁，启动发动机，发现火花塞不跳火，再拔下第二、三、四缸高压分缸线试火，均不跳火。在进气歧管下方拔下点火线圈插头，测量插头2号端子与搭铁之间电压为12V，插头4号端子与搭铁之间电阻为0.4&O，如图4所示。插回插头，用探针连接插头1号和3号端子，在启动发动机时，用示波器测量插头1号和3号端子的波形。发现无方波输出。这说明发动机控制模块不控制点火线圈。拔下发动机控制单元，发动机控制单元安装在副驾驶员前风挡玻璃下方。拔下发动机控制单元插头，用万用表分别测量插头102、103号端子与点火线圈插头1和3号端子之间的电阻，测量值为0.4&O，这说明点火线圈控制线至发动机控制单元之间的导线正常。
&&& 难道发动机控制单元有问题？更换一块新的发动机控制单元试车，故障依旧。再拔下发动机控制单元插头，点火开关置于&ON&位置，检测发动机控制单元插头上的电源线和搭铁线，经检查，均正常。装回发动机控制单元，再次启动发动机，发动机还是不能启动。拔下1缸喷油器插头，在插头上的两个端子之间连接一个带电阻的发光二极管灯，启动发动机观察二极管灯点亮情况，结果二极管灯在发动机启动时不闪烁，这说明是因为没有点火、没有喷油导致发动机不能启动的。[1]&&&
