许多孩子都有好吃零食的习惯,专家提醒,孩子不吃零食是不可能的,但要注意吃的健康,亲亲宝贝小编就提醒大家,有的零食不仅不能补充营养,还有损身体健康或者有损大脑发育,比如以下这些零食,一起来看看有什么危害吧。
  零食一:果冻
  果冻是由增稠剂、香精、着色剂、甜味剂等配制而成,这些食品添加剂吃多或常吃会影响儿童的生长发育和健康。
  国家质量监督检验检疫总局一季度对水果冻产品质量进行了国家监督抽查,产品抽样合格率为91.3%。这次抽样合格率虽然较高,但超量、超范围使用食品添加剂中的甜味剂和防腐剂的现象仍然存在。
  果冻不仅存在严重的食品添加剂的问题,还存在着被果冻噎住的危险。所以,专家提醒,幼儿应谨慎食用水果冻,防止果冻噎住喉咙,造成。
  不过最好的状态就是不吃果冻,妈妈们不妨可以自己DIY一些小糕点代替果冻给宝宝吃,切成一口大小的糕点不仅不容易噎到,而且用料妈妈们可以自己控制,安全又健康。
  零食二:可乐
  可乐饮料中的咖啡因,对儿童尚未发育完善的各组织器官危害较大。
  其实,可乐原来是一种治疗感冒的药物。因为人在感冒时会出现、乏力、流涕等现象,为了减轻这些症状,它加进了一些非常比例的咖啡因,有利于康复。但后来可乐逐渐发展成为一种饮料,平时作为一种液体的补充。人们口渴时或者感到需要时就饮用,咖啡因就逐渐积累起来。

1. Think fishy.1.鱼类食品

'If you are looking for a food that will keep you feeling full between meals and provide you with loads of nutrients,
